An early variety with medium to large fruit. Has red-0range stripes over green skin and cream-white flesh that is sweet and juicy. A good dessert apple and may also be used for cooking. Prefers a sunny position in soil that is moist, fertile and free-draining. Would benefit from being pollinated by Keswick Codlin, Lord Lambourne or Idared.
