Also known as Chinese Quince. A deciduous shrub with white flowers that have a tinge of pink followed by fruit that are edible once cooked. May be grown in full sun or in dappled shade where soils are fertile and free-draining. Suitable for growing as hedges. Hardy and deciduous.
Grows to approximately 3m x 3m when left untrimmed.
