Also known as Mountain Plum Pine. Has arching branches with a rounded, spreading form perfect for cascading over the edges of retaining walls or containers. Foliage is tinged with yellow in spring, maturing to greenish-blue. Small, non-toxic fruits can appear on female plants. Useful as a neat, attractive ground cover, this versatile shrub is tolerant of cold, heat and drought when established. Best grown in full sun where soils are rich in humus, moist but free-draining. Grows to about 1m both in height and width.
