Also known as Olea europaea Leccino. A high quality Italian variety with high oil content. Ideal for growing in most regions of New Zealand. Plant in a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. Would need to be pollinated by another variety such as Pendolino and Frantoio. Hardy evergreen.
