Paperbark Maple. A species noted for the very distinctive, papery chestnut coloured bark that peels off in curled sheets. Autumn foliage colours are of a stunning orange, red and yellow. Has slender upright growth habit. Plant in full sun or part shade where soils are moist but well-drained and suitable for growing in areas with clay soil.
A slow grower with a mature height of about 5m to 6m.
