A hybrid that flowers from late August with a profuse display of single, rich cerise blossom in the form of pendulous clusters. Flowers are full of nectar and attract Bellbirds and Tui. Has an upright, pyramidal growth habit, perfect for smaller gardens and lining driveways. They are quite often used for lining streets.
May grow to between 4m and 5m in 10 years. Note some councils in New Zealand have banned this species.Please check prior to ordering.
