A dwarf, semi-trailing perennial covered in a mass of sky-blue, snapdragon-like flowers with pale yellow throats, which begin to emerge in early summer. Plant in full sun where soils are free-draining and do not like to be too wet during winter.
Grows to about 20cm x 30cm.
