Has crisp, cream flesh with a nice sweet-sharp and honeyed-flavour and reputed for developing citrus tones in storage. The colour is a yellow background with a red blush that may cover the entire apple. Good keeper, late season. Will need to be pollinated by another variety of apple such as Belle de Boskoop, Mother or Sir Prize.
