A mostly spineless commercial selection with excellent flavoured large berries. The white, raspberry-like flowers are followed by the fruit that ripens to a deep burgundy colour with an excellent flavour. Requires a sunny, sheltered position where soils are suitably moist during the growing and fruiting season, fertile and free-draining. Fruit is usually harvested in December to February. Prune out canes as required once fruiting has finished.
