Worcesterberries are a cross between a Gooseberry and a Black Currant that can be eaten fresh or used for culinary purposes. They develop into a large bush with spines and the fruit are ready to harvest when they become a blackish-purple colour. May be grown in either full sun or partial shade where soils are fertile, moist and free-draining. Frost hardy and deciduous.
Grows to approximately 2m both in height and width.
