A compact evergreen Magnolia bearing large cream-white flowers that appear in spring and through summer and are lightly scented. Has dark, glossy green foliage with a copper-brown, downy surface on the underside. Prefers a part-shaded position in humus-rich, well drained soil. Suitable for screens or hedging.
