A climbing rose that bears showy, burgundy-red blooms with a velvet-like texture. They are fragrant and begin to emerge in Spring and continue until Autumn providing spent flowers get removed. Performs best when planted in full sun where soils are reasonably fertile, moist but free-draining. Deciduous and tolerates frost and cool climates.
Grows to about 3m x 1.5m.
