A vigorous, low-growing, evergreen ground cover shrub with leathery, rounded foliage that turns reddish-green during Winter. Produces nodding, bell-shaped white flowers in Summer followed by edible red berries that attract wildlife in Autumn and Winter. Best grown in part to full shade where soils are rich in organic material, evenly moist, acidic and free-draining.
Grows to about 12cm x 45cm.
