Produces pendulous, bright red flower throughout winter and into early spring with intermittent flowering during the rest of the year. Can be grown in light shade but prefers full sun where soils are moist but free-draining. Drought tolerant once established and they are suitable for coastal locations.
Grows to about 1.25m x 1.76m.
