Better known as Lions Tail. An evergreen shrub growing to a height of betweem 100cm and120cm bearing fuzzy, orange, curved tubular flowers in whorls spaced at intervals on the upper part of the stems. They begin to emerge in late spring and continue through to autumn. May be grown in full sun or light shade where soils are average to fertile and free-draining. Tolerates periods of drought but performs best with regular watering. Grows to approximately 1.4m both in height and width.
