Also known as Yellow Flowering Maple. Abutilon x hybridum Yellow (or luteus). This produces a mass of drooping bright yellow flowers and is a large leafed evergreen shrub. Grows to a height of about 2.5m to 3m. Plant in full sun or partial shade where soil is fertile, moist but free-draining. Prune in early spring to maintain shape and prevent the plant from becoming too leggy.
