More commonly known as the Japanese Painted Fern. Has fronds that are silvery-green and flushed with a rich, burgundy wine colour along the midrib and radiating out. Plant in partial shade where soils are rich in organic material, moist but free-draining. Ideal for mass planting, groundcover, underplanting or may be grown in containers. Deciduous.
Grows up to 45cm in both height and width.
