They are covered in single orange and red flowers from early spring through to about mid-summer. Vigorous rich green foliage. Prefers to grows in a semi-shaded position where soils contain organic material, are slightly acidic, moist and free-draining. A perfect choice for woodland styled gardens and may be planted in large containers as a feature. A hardy, evergreen shrub that grows to approximately 1m x 1m.
