Also known as Large Firecracker Plant. Has a dense, compact growth habit and producing a mass of tubular orange and yellow flowers from Spring that are larger than other varieties of Cuphea. Best grown in a warm, sunny position where soils are reasonably fertile, free-draining and suitably moist especially during the growing months. Provides plent of colour for most of the year and look impressive when grown in containers.
Grows to between 60cm and 70cm both in height and width.
