Fuchsia arborescens – Pb6.5

Better known as Tree Fuchsia. It has a stately growing habit which makes it a nice ornamental, particularly for the shaded areas of a garden. Produces large flower clusters containing dozens of individual flowers that are pink in colour and can be borne all year round. Small, dark-purple fruits develop and ripen which are reportedly edible with a mildly sweet flavour. Grows  well in average type soils in either full sun or part shade getting to about 2m in height and width.
