A deciduous shrub with fragrant, white flowers that begin to emerge in late spring to early summer. An old fashioned favourite and is ideal for a mixed shrub border. Allow ample room for arching branches. Remove oldest branches (back to ground) right after plant has finished flowering. Plant in full sun or partial shade where soil is fertile, moist but free draining. Hardy, deciduous.
Grows to about 1.5m both in height and width.
