Prunus Rosea Plena, Flowering Almond – Pb6.5

Also known as Dwarf Flowering Almond. Rosea Plena or Sinensis is a cultivar with double pink and white flowers that emerge in mid to late spring. They are a spreading, somewhat straggly shrub growing to 1.6m in height and about 1.2m wide. The fruits are small, pinkish-red and rarely produce. Plant in a sunny position where soils are average to fertile, moist and free-draining.
