A bushy, medium-sized shrub producing clusters of drooping pink to red flowers in mid-spring followed by blue-black berries in autumn. Hardy and deciduous with foliage that has stunning autumn colour before they fall. May be grown in full sun or partial shade where soils are moderately fertile, dry to moist and free-draining.
Grows to about 2.5m both in height and width.
