Ischyrolepis subverticillata, Restio – Pb6.5

I. subverticillata is a tufted, evergreen perennial grass with erect to arching green stems bearing whorls of linear, green leaves and on separate plants in spring, small, yellow-green flowers on male plants and small, white flowers on female plants. Female flowers are followed by glossy, grey-brown nutlets in autumn.
