This tree is short and stout with interesting greenish bark. It produces white bell shaped flowers, speckled with burgundy from Spring to early Summer amongst large, Poplar-like leaves. It can become semi-deciduous in early Summer. Ideal as a specimen tree that also provides good shade during the Summer months. Hardy and tolerates very dry conditions.
Grows to between 8m to 10m both in height and width.
